Do you have a favorite place that you call Paradise? Standing in my backyard garden, with a morning cup of coffee, looking at what blooms peeped out overnight...then...ding,ding, ding... the church bell chimes.You talk about goose bumps! That is Paradise on Vinton Street in Palo.
The quietest couple of blocks in a community that is swelling with pride and determination, while we continue to recover from 08's flood.
Today we were greeted with many familiar faces. Customers who "rediscovered" us and many new faces. Business has been good and we have so much fun hearing the sweet comments about our shops!
All the flowers seem lusher and just healither than before. My purple Iris are taller than the picket fence out front! We are planting, weeding, polishing and painting what we can to prepare for our THIRD ANNUAL GYPSY Market. Mark down June 27th...Saturday. It is going to be a Bloomin Fun Day!!!
I think Palo is "Paradise" too! I love the small town atmosphere, it encourages one to appreciate things like time in the garden or conversation with friends.
